Celebrate India


On Saturday, Nov. 16. the barns and show ring @the Grounds will be transformed for an amazing celebration of India culture and festivities! Everyone is welcome at the Celebrate India - Diwali Mela 2019 event which is free to the public!

Celebrate India, a California non-profit and community welfare association that serves the local Indian residents of the great Sacramento region, is excited to be hosting this exceptional event that will offer a free festival dinner, LED Light show, live music, cultural programs, kids’ activities and more! This is the fourth consecutive year and the first time they are celebrating in Roseville @the Grounds.

“This mission of the Celebrate India Corporation (CIC) is to promote understanding of Indian culture and heritage in American society through various cultural, social, educational and civic activities,” stated CIC Vice President Magesh Babu. “Last year we had more than 3,750 people celebrating the Diwali with us; this year we have invited Roseville Mayor John B. Allard II, Congressman Tom McClintock, Assemblyman Kevin Kiley and Councilmember Scott Alvord and we hope many of you will join us too!”

Be sure to come out on Nov. 16 and take part in this special celebration @the Grounds! The festivities will take place from 2 to 6 p.m. Parking will be $10 per vehicle and admission is FREE!
