HOOPIN' @THE GROUNDS

Placer Valley Tourism has cherished the longtime partnership with Hardwood Palace and we couldn’t be happier to announce that the first basketball tournament held @the Grounds in the brand-new Placer Valley Event Center will be in conjunction with Xtreme Hoops and Hardwood Palace!

Hoopin’ @the Grounds starts on Saturday, Feb. 29 with 20 courts of basketball combined at the two locations to accommodate the 150 teams that will be competing. On Sunday, March 1 the final games will be played at the Hardwood Palace location only.

Teams from all throughout California, Oregon and Nevada will be competing. Both girls and boys from 3rd grade up to high school will be participating and a variety of levels will be represented including division 1, 2 and 3 teams.

“Xtreme Hoops and Hardwood Palace are excited to help open the Placer Valley Events Center with a great basketball tournament,” stated Tournament Director Steve Williams. “We look forward to being able to bring a variety of competition from all over and really create an exciting environment of basketball!”

Be sure to come check out the incredible basketball competition and see the Placer Valley Event Center’s 12 beautiful basketball courts in action! Parking is $10 per vehicle @the Grounds, located at 700 Event Center Drive in Roseville. Hardwood Palace in Rocklin is located at 1091 Tinker Rd and has no parking fees. Tournament admission fees will apply at both locations. First games are scheduled to start at 9 a.m. each day! We hope to see you Hoopin’ @the Grounds!
