Lincoln Chinese Restaurant
After starting two other Chinese restaurants in Auburn and Folsom, Owner Tai Ha ventured to Lincoln in 1989 and has been cooking local favorites such as general chicken, Mandarin chicken and walnut shrimp ever since. Today, the menu boasts not just Cantonese but also Szechuan, Hunan and Mandarin dishes.
