Overview

The Josh Ruff Memorial Invite is a premier Northern California high school cross country meet hosted by the Golden West Association and Rocklin High School. Established in 2005 and renamed in 2013 to honor Josh Ruff, a highly regarded Oak Ridge High School competitor, 2007 alumnus, and assistant coach who passed away in 2012, the event celebrates his legacy while bringing top high school runners together for competitive racing. In 2026, the meet moved to Johnson-Springview Park in Rocklin, offering athletes an exciting new course and scenic setting for a day of cross-country competition.
