Australian indie rock pioneers Last Dinosaurs are bringing their innovative sound to Quarry Park Amphitheatre on Sunday, October 11th, 2026. This Brisbane-based trio has spent nearly two decades pushing the boundaries of indie rock with their ever-evolving musical landscape.
Since their debut EP Back from the Dead in 2010, Last Dinosaurs have built a reputation as fearless musical explorers. Their breakthrough came with the single “Honolulu,” which dominated Triple J’s rotation and launched them onto the international stage. What started as indie rock has evolved across their five studio albums into a rich sonic palette that blends dance-punk, synthpop, shoegaze, and nu-disco. Led by dual vocalists and guitarists Sean and Lachlan Caskey, alongside bassist Michael Sloane, the band creates music that feels fresh and unexpected with every release.
