Challenge yourself on one of Northern California’s premier ultrarunning events at the Rio Del Lago 100 Mile and 50K Endurance Runs. Beginning at Beal’s Point in Granite Bay, runners will traverse scenic trails through the Sierra foothills, along Folsom Lake, and across the American River Parkway, experiencing a course known for its breathtaking views and demanding terrain.
Celebrating the 25th running of the Rio Del Lago 100 and the fifth edition of the Rio Del Lago 50K, this iconic event welcomes both seasoned ultramarathoners and first-time endurance runners. Participants will tackle rolling singletrack, rugged trails, and picturesque landscapes while enjoying the camaraderie and support that have made Rio Del Lago a Northern California tradition. The 100-mile race also serves as a qualifier for the 2027 Western States 100.
